Today we had a wonderful session on OmicsLogic Biomedical Data Science. In this webinar, we covered data science principles, examples of analysis and project ideas. The webinar introduced an upcoming program that is designed to help introduce bioinformatics methods and data science concepts to biologists, clinicians and students.
The OmicsLogic Data Science program will explain data science principles, the logic of bioinformatics analysis and application of bio-statistical and machine learning techniques to a variety of biomedical challenges. The online program focuses on a variety of methods applied to specific types of data (genomic, transcriptomic, metagenomic) and utilized in relevant project sources from public domain data.
In today’s video, the participants were given an overview of how Biomedical data analysis can be simplified using the T-Bioinfo platform. With the large amount of data that is being made available, it is important to look at it analytically and extract meaningful insights.
