Basic Omics Logic Training for Biologists is a program organized by Pine Biotech, USA & Lead City University, Nigeria to enable students of all background to learn data driven research. This online program is designed for everyone including students who don't have a background in Bioinformatics to learn about the NGS data analysis processing sections: Genomics, Transcriptomics for analyzing and interpreting the Omics data & machine learning techniques. We will also learn about public repositories to understand the various file formats and their application in biological research. The analysis will be concluded by annotation, visualization, and interpretation of the results.
