The rapid growth of high-throughput data, including -omics technologies, giving rise to significant demand for data science skills and experience with bioinformatics methods of analysis. To help introduce biologists, clinicians, and students to cutting edge bioinformatics methods and commonly used data science concepts, our team designed an online bioinformatics training program called OmicsLogic. This Fall Bioinformatics program is designed for the students of the School of Biochemistry and other life sciences students of Reva University, Bengaluru to learn about the application of programming languages including Python & R in Biomedical data-driven research questions. This 1-month research program contains several components including Instructor support, tracking of student progress, access to all resources and materials online for self-paced learning, access to expert guidance and problem-solving, demo pipelines (server.t-bio.info)..
