In the program, you will learn about the various T-bio platform processing sections: Genomics, Transcriptomics, Epigenomics, Metagenomics for analyzing and interpreting the Omics data & machine learning techniques. We will also learn about uploading and managing files via direct download FTP, NCBI, SVL followed by the understanding of key processing pipelines for NGS Results. The analysis will be concluded by annotation, visualization, and interpretation of the pipeline results.
The hands-on learning experience is enabled by our AI guided T-bio platform that allows for the processing and analytics of BIG data on various NGS data types, Mass-Spectroscopy, Structural Biology, and Machine Learning.
